All proposals, specifications, pricing, timelines and commitments require written confirmation from AONN Lifts & Infra Services.
What must clients provide?
Clients must provide accurate site information, access, approvals, power, civil readiness and safe working conditions before installation or service.
How do payments work?
Payments follow the agreed quotation and milestone schedule. Delayed payments may affect project timelines, service availability or warranty coverage.
What does warranty exclude?
Warranty excludes misuse, unauthorised modifications, external damage, power fluctuations, unsuitable conditions and components supplied by third parties.
Which laws apply?
Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. Applicable Indian laws govern these terms and service arrangements.
